Do I need experience?
Each event lists any experience or age requirements on its page. Edit this answer in Settings → FAQ.
Why do I need to sign a waiver?
Hands-on activities carry some risk. Every participant (or a parent/guardian for a minor) reviews and signs the event waiver before taking part. Each adult signs for themselves.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
The cancellation and rescheduling policy for each event is shown before you book and is saved with your booking. You can manage your booking from the link in your confirmation email.
Do you host private groups?
Yes — use the contact form and choose “Private event” to tell us about your group.
About waivers & booking documents
- The person booking signs the Event Booking & Participation Agreement.
- Each adult participant signs their own participation waiver using a personal link. Nobody can sign for another adult.
- A parent or legal guardian signs for each participant under 18.
- You can read, print, and download every document before signing, and you receive a signed PDF copy by email.
- Participants whose waiver is not signed cannot check in, so please sign before the event.
